1791 Richard Everit #2 died intestate (without a will). [247] [284]NOTE: It is assumed that Richard #2 died since the inventory of hisestate showed 4 slaves which matches the number of slaves of Richard#2 in the 1790 census one year before.
William, Benjamin, and John Everit appointed as administrators of hisestate since they were the nearest kin. Sept 14 1791[247][284]     Therefore they were probably sons or brothers.
