Noel's home, where his eight sons and one daughter were born, stood onthe Newton to Haw Ridge road half-way from Beaver Branch to where theClaybank-Dale road crossed. His big farm was about half-way from the Ambrose Edwards farm and thecross-roads village of Ozark.
