In 1724 in North Carolina, Peter Stansell <and [WO]> purchased 100 acres on the south side of 'Casie' River. He sold 150 acres to McDougal, it being half of the 150 ac land grant.¹

In 1724 in south side of Morratock, North Carolina, Peter, carpenter, sold John Stansell, planter, 150|| ||It was the remaining 150 acres of the 300 ac land grant. acres. On south side of Morratock. <[m3]> This is the last of Peter Stancill as far as public records are concerned.¹
