1787 Jan 31. John Moore deeded land to Jesse Musgrave. The land wasformerly granted to William Toaler who demised same to his daughter,Patience, wife of Joseph Boon. This was witnessed by James Musgrave.[237].

William Toler and Dempsey Toler were residents in the tax list in 1769 in Dobbs Co, NC. This is an unusual tax list in that it shows the relationship of members of the household. It states that Dempsey and William Jr were brothers which would mean that William Sr was Dempsey's father.²
