In 1691 Lower Norfolk Co VA was divided into Norfolk and Princess Anne Counties. John Bowers Jr.1,2 son of John Bowers and Suzannah Partridge was born in 1695 in Norfolk Co, VA. Several sources list his birth as Lower Norfolk Co which was dissolved in 1691.2
In the on Feb 15, 1705 will of John Bowers, John Bowers, Robert Bowers and James Bowers were listed as heirs.3 Matthew Spivey signed a will on Feb 16, 1717/18 in Norfolk Co, VA. Witnesses: John Bowers and Robert Bowers.1 On Oct 26, 1720 in Norfolk Co, VA Judath Nicholls signed a will. John Bowers, his cousin, was the sole executor.1 On Mar 3, 1721/22 in Norfolk Co, VA, John. was one of the three executors of Wm Boulton's estate. John died in 1746 in Virginia.2
