Timothy Ives Jr (1640-1716)

 

Timothy Ives Jr son of Timothy Ives and Margaret Chenery was born in 1640.

 

He married Elizabeth Hurley.1

 

On Mar 15, 1675, Timothy received a land patent in Lower Norfolk Co, VA for. 270 acres near old Butts Creek. 200 acres were originally granted to Mr Richard Jones Segr, by patt, dated 28 Apr 1665 and by him assigned to Tymothy Ives Segr, the 15 Feb 1671/2 as by the records of Lower Norfolk Co will appears and by the sd Timothy Ives Segr to his son Timothy Ives Jr. 70 acres granted being due for trans: of 2 person: Wm Rodimore, and Eliz Ketcher.2

Timothy died in 1716.
