During the in April 1839 Orphans Court in Barbour Co, ALG, the guardianship of Nancy DeShazio and White Payne was revoked and James Black was appointed guardian of Madison DeShazo, son of [p1].
In September 1843 in Barbour Co, AlabamaG, James Black appeared before the court and made a return as the guardian of Madison DeShazo and John DeShazo, bastards of [p1] a single woman.
