Sec: Thomas Bell, Robert Goodloe. Wit:Thos Machen. Recorded Nov Court 1769 in Bute Co NC. (106) On 29 Sep1774 in Warren Co NC, Wm Tabb witnessed a deed. (103) 1778 Bute CoNC, written in - 1778 and probated in Nov 1778 On 19 Dec 1782,Dianna Tabb, wife as executor of Wm Tabb,dec'd, sold 269 acres inFranklin Co NC for 300 pds. (106) On 25 Sep 1783, a deed mentions WmTabb deceased.(103.)

Diana Tabb,executrix of William Tabb, dec of Franklin Co to John Macon of WarrenCo NC sold 450 acres in Franklin Co for 500 pds on 5 Mar 1783. (103)Sarah Tabb of Franklin Co deed of trust to Diana Tabb of same, 1 Jan1792, for 418 pds current money of NC with the secirity being acertain tract of land bounded by the lines of William Ransom, JohnArmstead, Jinkins DeVany, Young McLemore Sr., Robert Hightower, WileyJones, Esqr, and Christopher Foster, deceased; also three negroesnames Charles, Bob (?), and Nancy and their increase. Wit: WilliamRansom, John Weldon. (103 p155) On 23 Mar 1792, Diana Tabb sold 510ac in Franklin to Philemon Hawkins of Warren Co NC.(103.)
