Willie Lee Barbree, son of William Daniel 'Will' Barbree and Eugenia Arkansas 'Jeanie' Sheffield, was born on 17 September 1914 in Early Co, GAG. Willie Lee Barbree. At age 11, he jumped out of the school house window and stuck a nail through his foot. He developed lockjaw and died after a painful illness. The doctor treated Willie with medicine at hand while he ordered better medicine from Atlanta. The new medicine arrived after Willie died.
Willie Lee Barbree died on 17 December 1925. He was buried in Bethel Bap Ch Cem, Early Co, GAG.
